Part 4: Family dinner in the road: Burrata pasta to fall in love with

A day like this with the rolling home with lots of fresh air and lots of adventure makes you hungry! Noodles are real classics - no wonder, they fill you up, are delicious and can be combined in a variety of ways and redesigned again and again. Bella Italia brings author Pia's favorite recipe to the van plate. Be careful, risk of addiction!

This is how spaghetti burrata works

Shopping list for two portions:
- 350g spaghetti
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml white wine
- If desired: fresh chilli
- 1 vegetable onion
- 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 burrata
That's how it's done:
  1. First, parsley, garlic, onion and chilli are washed, then peeled and finely chopped. The cherry tomatoes also need to be washed and then cut into slices.
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.
  3. Now heat olive oil in a pot and first fry the onions until translucent before adding the chilli. About two

Minutes later, add the garlic over low heat.
  1. Now you can deglaze the mixture with a little lemon juice and white wine before adding some more seasoning with salt, pepper and parsley.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and then mix it with the sauce, tomatoes and capers.
  3. Now the burrata is taken out of the packaging and torn apart on the mountain of pasta using two forks. Now mix the mixture lightly again.
Extra tip: Simply remove a few cooked spaghetti for the child and add the other ingredients to taste. And: Rocket mixed into the spaghetti tastes good and adds an extra portion of freshness. Pine nuts add a nutty note to the dish!
