Shipping costs and returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping method:
Standard shipping is via DHL, Deutsche Post, or DPD. If you prefer a specific shipping method, please contact us at service@roadtyping.de so we can accommodate your request.

Shipping time:
Availability & Shipping: You can see if your favorite item is still available directly on the product page. Your order will typically be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link from us.

Special note: Because we work closely with workshops for people with disabilities, it can sometimes take a little longer during periods of high demand. We value fair cooperation and thank you for your understanding if your package takes a few extra days!

Shipping costs:
Your shipping costs will be calculated directly at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Shipping is even free for orders over a certain amount.

Delivery problems:
Should something go wrong with delivery despite a correct address, we will of course resend your order free of charge. However, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it (e.g., from a parcel shop), we will have to charge shipping costs again for the second delivery attempt. Therefore, please double-check your information at checkout.

Return:
Should a product not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Here's how it works:

Download our return form and fill it out briefly.

Please include the completed form with your name and order number with your return so that we can quickly assign and process your package.

Conditions for a return:

The products are unused and in their original condition.

The items are in their undamaged original packaging (careful opening of the packages does not count as damage, of course).

Refund & Shipping Costs:
We will refund the value of the returned items within 2 to 5 working days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Full return: If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs (if any were incurred).

Partial return: If you keep part of the order, we will only refund the value of the returned items. The original shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.

Complaints & Return Shipping Costs
Should we have made a mistake, such as sending a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service for free return shipping. For returns for all other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
