SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping method:
Your order will be sent via DPD, DHL or Deutsche Post.

Shipping time:
You can see the availability of each product. The processing of your order takes approx. 2-4 days until it is handed over to the shipping service provider and will be communicated to you via shipment tracking. Since we work with workshops for people with disabilities, delivery times may be longer if the order volume is high. We apologize for this.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are automatically determined by the system based on weight and delivery location and displayed at check-out.

Return:

If an item is not suitable for you, you can return it and you will receive a full refund (excluding the return shipping costs of €3.75) . To do this, you must use the return procedure on our online platform within 14 days of receiving the product: https://roadtyping.shipping-portal.com/rp/ . The following conditions must be met:

The products have not been used.
The products are in their undamaged original packaging. Packages that have been carefully opened will not be considered damaged.

Our returns platform is very easy to use and allows you to print out your returns label directly and stick it on your package.

Please complete the online returns process properly, then follow the appropriate shipping instructions and include the returns form with the returned product.

If you return the product following the returns procedure, you will receive a full refund for the returned items upon receipt at our warehouse.

If the return is the result of an error on our part, please contact our customer service so that they can allow you to return your product free of charge. For returns for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs yourself, but we will refund you the amount of your returned products.

The shipping costs of your return will automatically be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Depending on the payment method you choose, you will receive your refund within 2 to 5 working days
