Habe auch so aus nachhaltigkeitsgedanken eine Tasse aus der 2. Wahl bestellt. Beschreibung gelesen, das diese gut nutzbar sein wird. Da hatte sich aber eine reingeschlichen die wegen absplitterungen im inneren leider nicht nutzbar wäre. Habe also nachgefragt und es wurde sich direkt entschuldigt, dass das so lief und sofort ein Ersatz geliefert. Freut mich besonders, dass das so problemlos lief und sind wir wieder bei Nachhaltigkeit die kaputte Tasse musste ich nicht zurück senden. Vermutlich planz ich da einfach eine Blume rein oder irgendwie so was.
