Do you also have a real shop?
No, we don't have a real store. You can only order from us online and pick up the items via Click & Collect in Kaufbeuren. To do this, please write an email to cards@roadtyping.de after receiving your order. We would also be happy to help you find one of our dealers near you.

Do you have everything in stock?
The items that you can add to your shopping cart are in stock. Sometimes you see items in the shop that cannot be ordered. Unfortunately, these are currently out of stock. Please write to us and we will let you know when these will be available again.
A product that I liked is no longer in the shop. Will it come back?
Since we always want to offer you new designs and products, some items are being phased out. However, sometimes we still have individual remaining items. So a quick inquiry might be worth it!
I lost the cap on my bottle. Can I buy a replacement?
Yes, we have our stainless steel lids with wooden inserts available to order as an accessory in the shop. If you need another spare part, please write to us.
Who will pack my package?
Your packages will be packed by the vocational training department of the Wertachtal workshops for people with disabilities in Kaufbeuren in the Allgäu. These are people who have had a serious accident or illness and are being prepared for a return to work. We have rebuilt the team and the work steps together with the supervisors over the last few years and are in close contact with each individual as they have become indispensable colleagues. We enjoy this special relationship and always take time for a coffee or a conversation.
I have a press/media request or would like to write about you or your products. Who do I contact?
If you have media inquiries, please feel free to contact Franziska. Please also send us an email. Please give us as much information as possible. You will generally receive feedback within 1-2 working days.
How do you actually ship?
Our standard shipping is with DPD or, for letters, with Deutsche Post. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation with a tracking number (not for letters). Alternatively, we also ship to DHL packing stations.
What are the delivery times?
All orders are picked up Monday through Thursday. The delivery time is 2-4 working days. This applies to shipping to Germany and Austria. To other countries the shipping time may be slightly longer. When ordering, please let us know in the note if it is particularly urgent so that we can prioritize your package if possible.
When do you start delivering free shipping?
Within Germany we ship free of charge for purchases over €50. We are currently unable to offer an exemption limit in other EU countries and Switzerland; the weight results in the price which is displayed at checkout.
Why don't I receive my order in a new box?
Sustainability is important to us. Therefore, we primarily ship in used boxes that are still in good condition. Unfortunately, boxes and packaging materials are often only used once and then thrown away straight away. We think this is nonsense! By the way, we generally avoid plastic packaging.
My order never reached me, what should I do?
Please contact us early if you have problems with delivery or are unclear about the status of your order. You can use the tracking number to check whether your order has already been shipped. If the status doesn't change or you don't receive an email from us, something may have gone wrong. We will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How can I return things to you?

An item from my delivery is missing, incorrect or damaged, what should I do?
Since the packages are packed by people, it can happen that the wrong item ends up in the package, so please be lenient. Write us an email and, if necessary, send us a photo of the damage. Please keep the item until we get back to you.
My road typing item broke after some time of use. I would like to complain about it. What should I do?
Please send us an email with details of where and when the item was purchased (from a retailer or in our online shop) and how the damage occurred. If possible, send us a photo of the damage directly. We will investigate the case.
How can I pay with you?
We currently offer payment via Paypal and prepayment. If you pay with Paypal, you can do this directly during the ordering process. If you have selected advance payment, please transfer the invoice amount to the bank details provided; you will receive this information in your order confirmation by email. Please understand that delivery will only take place if payment has been received successfully, so ordering on account is not possible.
I have chosen advance payment as a payment method, where can I find the IBAN?
After your order you will receive an order confirmation by email, where you will also find the bank details.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
This is only possible as long as the package has not yet been packed. Please get in touch as soon as possible.
