Simple and quick camping recipe
Camping Tiramisu Recipe
in the lunch box without eggs
Tiramisu is simply the classic, whether at your favorite Italian restaurant at home or on vacation in Italy. We have a super simple recipe for you that you can prepare very quickly on your camping holiday because it only uses a few ingredients and does not contain any raw eggs. And the best thing: the ladyfingers fit perfectly into our stainless steel container and so our lunch box serves as a casserole dish.
Our recipes are delicious and simple and made from ingredients that won't get in your way afterwards. We use the dishes multifunctionally, so you already have everything you need for the perfect camping tiramisu.
Ingredients
for a lunch box Camping tiramisu:
- A mocha or French press cold coffee
- 6 ladyfingers (if you want to make two rows on top of each other, then 12 pieces)
- A cup (250 g) of mascarpone or comparable vegan
- 3 tbsp milk or cream
- 50g sugar
If at hand:
- Cocoa or Kaba powder
- Lemon peel
-Amaretto

Boil coffee as usual and let it cool down.
Mix the mascarpone with milk or cream until you have a soft and easily spreadable mixture. Add sugar and, if you like, lemon zest and amaretto. Place the spoonbills in the lunch box. Drizzle the cold coffee over it. Now spread the mascarpone cream onto the soaked ladyfingers. If you spread it very thinly, then another layer of ladyfingers and cream will fit on top.
Sprinkle cocoa or Kaba powder on the last layer if you have it. Instead of a sieve, you can use a (cheese) grater, which is a must in our camping kitchen, for example.
Chill the tiramisu with or without a lid for two hours.
