unfortunately disappointing

We already had the previous collection (and many other Roadtyping products) and were always satisfied. Compared to the previous ones, however, these plates are smaller, of significantly lower quality and not as lovingly crafted AND made in China.
It's a pity that you chose this path.
Unfortunately, we are no longer convinced by this :(

Dear Thomas, it's a shame that you were not satisfied with our product. On August 1st we tried to offer a solution but have not yet received any feedback from you. We would have liked to have found a joint solution so that you are as satisfied as with the last orders. The plates and bowls have always been made in China because we could not find a manufacturer specifically for these products in Europe. The shape of the plates varies slightly; this was due to a change of manufacturer. I cannot confirm the clear differences in quality from the last production. Sometimes a defective item slips through our quality management system and then goes to the customer. In such a case we always try to find the best possible solution. We are still taking the same path as always, relying wherever possible on local producers or certified production in Asia. We also still work with workshops for people with disabilities in quality management. It is regrettable that we were not able to satisfy you this time. But I would think it a shame to question our general philosophy with this snapshot. Please contact Bella again at service@roadtyping.de , perhaps we can find the right way for you.

Beautiful design

I really like the look of the bowl and it was perfect for our camping holiday. I probably want the smaller version for my child. The only thing that puts me off buying a complete collection is the high price;)

Totally beautiful and practical

I had ordered the children's cup but then received the children's bowl.
But that doesn't matter, because it's still super beautiful and has been used every day since then.
I will definitely order the rest of the set as well :-) because the bowl is already very loved.
